description The contribution will describe the measured parameters of the internal environment in two selected offices of the Research Center of the University of Žilina (VC UNIZA - building with elements of intelligent control). The thermal comfort parameters and environmental equipment will be evaluated. On the basis of the findings, the possibilities of using the heat gains from solar radiation in the cold season of the year and the elimination of overheating in the warm season of the year will be subsequently varied and quantified. This allows external blinds to automatically programmable or controlled manual and renewable energy sources, usable for heating, respectively. cooling, while external climatic influences are permanently recorded by the weather station. The results will then be compared with the simulation tool outputs.
