El objetivo de este documento es la argumentación al planteamiento y desarrollo de un equipamiento urbano, el cual busca el resolver una problemática en un determinado lugar, en este caso, será llevado a cabo en la ciudad de Pasto, en el cual se evidencia la falta de equipamientos que ayuden a educar y a generar conciencia sobre el problema de la alta contaminación sobre el Río Pasto y su ronda hídrica. Por otra parte, también se puede ver la falta de espacios dedicados a la cultura y recreación. Para seguir el desarrollo de este equipamiento urbano, es necesario el desarrollo de un análisis sobre el lugar y ver las conclusiones a las que se llega y con el cual se busca dar solución y con qué tipos de espacios se responden a las problemáticas planteadas. Para suplir la problemática, se propone un equipamiento que busca configurar espacios dedicados a la educación y concientización sobre el cuidado y conservación del Río Pasto y su ronda hídrica y que a la vez se puedan desarrollar actividades culturales y recreativas. Este equipamiento va enfocado a familias que se encuentran aledañas al Río Pasto, las cuales requieren de equipamientos que permitan la integración de la comunidad. Otro aspecto fundamental en el desarrollo de este proyecto es el planteamiento de un concepto arquitectónico, en este caso, la disolución del límite entre el espacio interior y el espacio exterior, puesto que, se busca una mejor conexión visual, una mayor relación entre el edificio con la ciudad y una continuidad en el recorrido, esto puede ser por diferentes estrategias como la fragmentación en la composición y su geometría, el tipo de materialidad empleada, el recorrido, etc |

On the other hand, you can also see the lack of spaces dedicated to culture and recreation. To follow the development of this urban facility, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the place and see the conclusions that are reached and with which it is sought to find a solution and with what types of spaces to respond to the problems raised.
