En este documento se muestra y argumenta el proceso desd arquitectónico ligado al con e el diseño cepto del recorrido. El proyecto se desarrolla como un Centro de Artes Escénicas y de Exhibición que pretende ofrecerle a la comunidad cercana y flotante espaci os los cuales promuevan la cultura en cuanto a las artes escénicas. La propuesta se encuentra im plantado en la ciudad de Bogotá, en el Plan Parcial de Renovación Urbana “Proscenio”, el cual se ubica en la localidad de Chapinero, más específicamente en la m comunica directament anzana número 2 de este, la cual se e con la Calle 85 al sur y la Carrera 15 al occidente, siendo este un punto importante para los flujos de actividad y movilidad del sector. Al ubicar un equipamiento dirigido a las artes escénicas en este lugar se podría reforzar la identidad turística del sector mientras se promueve el desarrol lo cultural en general, esto debido a la existencia elevada de usos comerciales y recreativos en la localidad. |

The project is developed as a Performing Arts and Exhibition Center that aims to offer the nearby and floating community spaces that promote culture in terms of performing arts. Th e proposal is implemented in the city of Bogota, in the "Proscenio" Urban Renewal Partial Plan, which is located in the town of Chapinero, more specifically in the block number 2, which communicates directly with the Calle 85 to the south and Carrera 15 to the west, this being an important point for the flows of activity and mobility in the sector.
