Los principales hallazgos muestran revictimización institucional, desarticulación entre entidades, estigmatización, y una oferta insuficiente de servicios sensibles al enfoque de género. Las experiencias narradas reflejan cómo la violencia sexual, lejos de ser un hecho aislado, se mantiene y reproduce en contextos de desigualdad estructural, abandono estatal y normalización social. La investigación propone la necesidad urgente de fortalecer las rutas de atención, garantizar la formación del personal y diseñar políticas públicas con enfoque interseccional y territorial. |

Using a qualitative approach and a phenomenological design, testimonies were collected that reveal physical, institutional, emotional, and social obstacles. The main findings highlight institutional revictimization, lack of coordination between entities, stigmatization, and insufficient gender-sensitive services. The narratives reflect that sexual violence is not an isolated incident but is sustained and reproduced in contexts of structural inequality, state neglect, and social normalization.
