Se destaca el impacto de la xenofobia en la integración de los migrantes, la formulación de políticas públicas y la estabilidad social. Finalmente, se proponen estrategias de sensibilización para mitigar la discriminación y fomentar la cohesión social en Colombia.

This study, employing a qualitative approach with a hermeneutic perspective, examines social representations of migrants, human rights violations, and governmental responses. Through documentary research and media analysis, discriminatory narratives contributing to social exclusion are identified. The study highlights the impact of xenophobia on migrant integration, public policy formulation, and social stability.
