El estudio se realizará para el campo de la ingeniería de sistemas. rimero se investigará la situación problema; con el propósito de identificar las causas o factores que determinan la no contratación del aspirante a la vacante, también se buscaran casos similares que hayan sido documentados en artículos científicos para identificar metodologías que permitan crear, en forma sistemática, un artefacto para lograr resultados exitosos. Inicialmente se propone un objetivo general y unos específicos, para guiar el desarrollo de la investigación, y así lograr construir un prototipo del artefacto utilizando técnicas de inteligencia artificial, que facilite el éxito del ingeniero de sistemas en el proceso de entrevista. Seguidamente, se aborda la metodología a aplicar, los resultados, y por último se describe el impacto esperado. |

First the problem situation will be investigated; In order to identify the causes or factors that determine the non-hiring of the applicant for the vacancy, similar cases that have been documented in scientific articles will also be sought to identify methodologies that allow the systematic creation of a guide to achieve successful results. Initially, a general objective and some specific ones are proposed to guide the development of the research, and thus achieve the construction of an artifact, using artificial intelligence techniques, that facilitates the success of the systems engineer in the interview process.
