Sin embargo, en Colombia actualmente la normatividad que la reglamenta no es del todo clara, o por lo menos no es lo que se evidencia cuando se quiere llevar este procedimiento a la práctica; por lo tanto el objetivo del presente artículo, es analizar los motivos por los cuales el proceso de legalización e implementación de la Eutanasia ha sido tan complejo en Colombia. El cual se llevará a cabo mediante la investigación cualitativa de tipo exploratoria, teniendo como base los antecedentes de investigación y la normatividad colombiana actual respecto a la eutanasia y el cronograma pertinente por medio el cual se llevaran a cabo las fases de investigación.
