La migración masiva de venezolanos hacia Colombia genero un reto significativos en en cuanto a la atención médica y poder acceder a servicios esenciales para las mujeres embarazadas. Nuestro fin es identificar la efectividad de la acción de tutela para tener acceso al servicio de salud de las madres gestantes venezolanas en situación de irregularidad en el territorio colombiano. La investigación utilizará una metodología mixta, que incluirá la revisión de literatura especializada, el análisis de marcos normativos y jurisprudencia relacionados con el tema, así como el análisis de los casos de tutela presentados por las madres gestantes venezolanas. Los resultados de la investigación permitirán identificar las barreras y desafíos específicos que enfrentan las madres gestantes venezolanas en situación de irregularidad al intentar acceder al servicio de salud en Colombia. |
