Esta propuesta está orientada a solucionar la problemática de los alumnos que carecen de recursos económicos para suplir cada una de las necesidades que se presentan en el proceso de formación. Para llegar ello se establecieron tres partes que son los tres objetivos de este trabajo: Una encuesta aplicada a un personal de cadetes identificado en una muestra, para determinar el principal problema de tipo económico que se le presenta a los alféreces y cadetes de la Escuela Militar de Aviación. La creación de unas líneas de servicio para solucionar el problema ya identificado. Unas líneas de servicio en donde se plantea las capacidades del fondo financiero, se plantean unas pautas, requisitos y requerimientos para acceder a cada uno de los beneficios. Determinar la viabilidad de la propuesta, en donde se hizo un análisis de los aspectos importantes del proyecto, se analizaron y buscaron las fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas y las oportunidades; y se culminó con una encuesta a un personal de alféreces y cadetes para conocer y determinar la postura que tienen frente a la existencia de un fondo financiero en la EMAVI.

This proposal is aimed at solving the problem of students who lack financial resources to meet each of the needs that arise in the training process. To achieve this, three parts were established, which are the three objectives of this work: A survey applied to a staff of cadets identified in a sample, to determine the main economic problem that is presented to the senior cadets and cadets of the military aviation school. The creation of service lines to solve the problem already identified. Some lines of service where the capabilities of the financial fund are raised, there are some guidelines, requirements and requirements to access each of the benefits.
