Nuestra intención es tomar como punto de referencia el discurso populista de Juan Domingo Perón, cimentado en una concepción orgánica del Estado, la cual está presente en la estructura de los proyectos políticos de los actuales jefes de Estado de las naciones que presentan este modelo como una forma de gobernar.The way populist movements and leaders manifest and emerge in Latin America does not arise from reasons rooted in our time, instead they evidence deep social structures and political dynamics that can be traced back to the early decades of the twentieth century.
