Aun cuando es un país con amplia capacidad económica debido a sus reservas energéticas, esto no representa un alto grado de desarrollo, bienestar social y mucho menos redistribución del ingreso; es así como en el presente documento se pretende dilucidar la situación de crisis a la luz de la perspectiva organizacional y la Gestión del Desarrollo Administrativo como alternativa a la denominada crisis de gobernabilidad venezolana. Se retomarán temas como el de las estructuras organizacionales, la población, capacidades en los niveles gerenciales, liderazgo y toma de decisiones desde el análisis organizacional aplicado a las dinámicas estatales de Venezuela.
