Se revisaron manualmente las historias clínicas correspondientes, consignando la información en el anexo número 1. Posteriormente se identificaron los recién nacidos que cumplieron criterios de inclusión, se digitó la información en Excel y finalmente los datos se analizaron en el programa SPSS v.21.The infection study cards of the Newborn service registered between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012 were collected; where the late infections presented in the unit were described. The corresponding clinical histories were reviewed manually, recording the information in annex number 1.
