El crecimiento poco planificado del distrito de barranquilla, ha hecho posible la generación de una compleja problemática sanitaria ambiental hasta el punto de que muchos de los componentes de esta problemática, han llegado a constituir importantes impedimentos del bienestar general de la población, siendo necesario asumir como punto de partida la política de la salud ambiental en la ciudad. Es así, que con esta investigación se busca la identificación de un plan prospectivo que posibilite la generación de estrategias encaminadas en minimizar la incidencia de las causas que han ocasionado factores de riesgo ambiental, y que han impactado desfavorablemente la salud pública de los barranquilleros impidiendo mantener un entorno saludable. |
