description El presente trabajo mostrará la formulación de una metodología basada en lean construcción y PMI para el proceso constructivo de mampostería y muestra los principales lineamientos de construir sin pérdidas, llevando un control de la actividad que da reducción de costos y de recursos, la mejora continua en el proceso, reduciendo pérdidas y evitando retrocesos. Al formular y proponer un proyecto para el proceso constructivo de mampostería se desarrollaron políticas de operación para lo que se definió formulación de metodología y filosofía para una ejecución clara del proyecto que impacto de manera positiva porque permitió incrementar la confiabilidad, reducir la variabilidad, y represento la mejor utilización de los recursos en el proceso constructivo, ahorro de tiempos de entrega de actividad.

In formulating and proposing a project for the construction process masonry operating policies for what formulation methodology and philosophy defined for a clear implementation of the project that impact positively because it allowed increase reliability, reduce variability they were developed, and represent the best use of resources in the construction process, saving time delivery activity.
