En un sentido valorativo en Colombia se ha soslayado tal estructura con la implementación de diferentes reformas que desnaturalizan y restringen los beneficios, violentando de esta forma los principios pilares del sistema acusatorio. Así las cosas, el problema fundamental de la justicia premial radica en estructurar el concepto de acto meritorio y premios adecuados para este.The right form of justice called reward system has great relevance in the field of criminal procedural law, as a subsidiary structure of ordinary jurisdiction since it is known that sometimes the man is best handled with the prize and not punishment. In an evaluative sense in Colombia has ignored such a structure with the implementation of various reforms which distort and restrict the benefits, thus violating the principles of the adversarial system pillars.
