description La dinámica de consumo de artículos de moda ha obligado a las empresas del sector a modificar sus estrategias de rotación y promoción de productos, convirtiéndola en una de las industrias más contaminantes. En la actualidad, las organizaciones tienen el reto de modificar sus procesos para disminuir el impacto en el medio ambiente. El presente artículo corresponde a una revisión bibliográfica para la caracterización de las soluciones logísticas aplicables a los procesos de distribución y transporte que favorecen al cuidado del medio ambiente, asegurando las expectativas de los consumidores y la competitividad de la industria. Analizando las estrategias de crowdshipping, green vehicles y microhubs, se encontró que funcionan como soluciones sostenibles al disminuir la cantidad de trayectos a realizar y las emisiones contaminantes. Para asegurar que estas soluciones fueran aplicables a la industria de la moda, se realizó una perfilación de las características físicas, de comercialización y de distribución de los artículos pertenecientes a la industria, concluyendo que las tres soluciones descritas se pueden adaptar para las cadenas de suministro de la industria de la moda.

Organizations are currently faced with the challenge of modifying their processes to reduce their impact on the environment. This article corresponds to a bibliographic review for the characterization of logistics solutions applied to distribution and transport processes that favor the care of the environment, ensuring consumer expectations and industry competitiveness. Analyzing the strategies of crowdshipping, green vehicles and microhubs, it was found that they work as sustainable solutions by reducing the number of trips to be made and polluting emissions.
