Se enfoca dentro de un marco teórico fundamental. Al igual permite discernir en mi sentir, como a partir de la jurisprudencia y los diferentes pronunciamientos de la corte suprema de justicia, y la justicia penal militar, se han pronunciado respecto a el delito de la deserción, todo esto dentro en contexto nacional, y en cada una de las unidades militares y de policía, en el cual los soldados, y los auxiliares de policía, como ciudadanos que prestamos el servicio militar obligatorio, cometemos el delito, como se estructura, donde se da la mayor incidencia, y trabajare el tema en concreto, analizare si este se realiza en un solo acto, o si es de ejecución permanente, es decir que el accionante, hasta tanto no se ponga nuevamente a órdenes de su superior jerárquico en su respectiva unidad, cesaría el delito. Lo anterior busca beneficiar a los operadores jurídicos de justicia especializada y a los defensores de los miembros uniformados de la fuerza pública, esto aclara el panorama en los procesos por este delito. |

As you can discern I feel, as from the case law and the various pronouncements of the Supreme Court and the military criminal justice, have spoken about the crime of desertion, all within a national context, and in each of the military units and police, in which soldiers and police auxiliaries, as citizens we serve compulsory military service, commit the crime, how it is structured, the highest incidence occurs, and will work the particular topic, assess whether or not this is done in a single act, or if permanent execution, meaning that the plaintiff, until it is put back on orders from his superior in their respective unit would cease crime.
