Contará con laboratorios, aulas, bibliotecas, dotados con los últimos avances tecnológicos, y con espacios naturales en donde los estudiantes aprenderán a valorar y respetar la naturaleza. Serán espacios físicos estimulantes para la creatividad y la innovación. Con la entrada de funcionamiento del Campus Nueva Granada, se deben planear, organizar, dirigir y ejecutar tanto procesos como actividades conducentes a asegurar que la universidad este protegida apropiadamente contra los riesgos que podrían afectar el debido funcionamiento de este. La gestión de los riesgos está vista como elemento esencial en la gerencia de proyectos, que debe planear y llevar a cabo el gerente del proyecto. Esta debe ser considerada en todos los aspectos de la gerencia de proyectos, ya que su implementación tiene como función principal mejorar el desarrollo y desempeño del proyecto mediante los procesos que la comprenden, como la identificación, valoración y control de los riesgos.
