Thus, it was studied the behavior theories of cultures worldwide, to then focus on the perception of the Latin American negotiator and finally the Colombian. It was noted that according to recent studies, the Colombian has sought to adapt to the new economic integration models showing a behavior that is required for the international negotiations, knocking some arguments that were in the traditional model of negotiating.Este ensayo sobre la preparación del colombiano y el estudio de otras culturas como requisito para realizar negociaciones en el exterior, se realizó debido a la importancia de la interculturalidad en los negocios internacionales que surge de las exigencias del mundo globalizado que se está viviendo actualmente. De esta forma, se estudiaron teorías sobre el comportamiento de las culturas a nivel mundial, para posteriormente, enfocarse en la percepción del negociador latinoamericano y por último, del colombiano.
