En donde hay reportes que presiones elevadas en peridos cortos de tiempo se asocian a ecuelas tipo estenosis, ademas en nuestro caso en el Hospital militar los pacientes son sometidos a multiples procedimientos incluso dia de por medio en donde la anestesia general es la empleada tambien en multiples casos, por lo que no se conoce cual es el impacto que se tiene en este tipo de pacientes y sobre todo cuanto es la real presion a la que se somete la mucosa traqueal que afecte su perfusion y predisponga a estenosis o a lesiones futuras. |
