Tomando como base las condiciones actuales del proceso de paz que adelanta el gobierno colombiano con las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia – Ejército del Pueblo (FARC –EP) y teniendo en cuenta los resultados de anteriores acuerdos de paz con otros grupos insurgentes, se hace necesario comenzar a pensar cuál es el papel que debe jugar el trinomio Estado – Empresarios – sociedad civil, para que a medida que avance la terminación del conflicto y se logre la desmovilización de los militantes de esta guerrilla, la vinculación laboral se haga efectiva a fin de que la economía cuente con el aporte de estas personas y a ellos, luego de haberse hecho responsables de sus actuaciones dentro del conflicto interno, se les brinde la oportunidad de convivir en sociedad y de mantenerse en la legalidad |
