Para ello, se hará un análisis de la trayectoria que ha tenido esta empresa en los diferentes mercados en donde tiene presencia, buscando así revisar los antecedentes tanto de éxito como de fracaso, a partir de su propia experiencia. Adicional a ello, se incluirán datos o estadísticas de los riesgos que implica el invertir en este país desde la perspectiva de su PIB, sus índices de pobreza, su riesgo al inversionista extranjero, sus condiciones labores y su legislación mercantil.
