Es una historia que ha hecho merecedora a la ciudad de Medellín del no deseable título de “ciudad más insegura y violenta de Colombia”, no sólo desde hace cinco años, sino desde hace varias décadas, donde se da inicio a una violencia más marcada y sentida, con muchos encuentros y desencuentros entre sus habitantes, impactándolos en los aspectos familiares, sociales y económicos, haciendo más énfasis en el modo en que operan estos grupos sobre los mismos habitantes y la manera como impiden que cada persona viva con dignidad y total libertad. |
