description El Estado Colombiano adopto desde el 2015, una concepción hospitalaria, hogareña, con nuestros vecinos de Venezuela, en referencia a su estadía en Colombia. Los esfuerzos de los diferentes gobiernos desde esa época optaron por proteger la condición de vida de los migrantes venezolanos todos. Pero esta hospitalidad ha regenerado, un descuido inmenso en temas de seguridad humana, seguridad nacional, siendo la primera direccionada a sus ciudadanos, es decir, el Estado Colombiano ha desprotegido a su población, a la voz constitucional consagrada en el mismo preámbulo a la razón de vida de la carta magna. El estado colombiano ha fallado notable mente en la seguridad nacional, el auge invasivo migratorio en el territorio nacional ha crecido en cifras exorbitantes, en especial en el departamento del norte de Santander, ciudad de Cúcuta, municipio de Tibú, veredas de Santa Rosa y Refinería. En mencionadas poblaciones de esta violenta región ha sido el epicentro de las mayores concentraciones de personal migrante irregular y a la vez estos representan el caldo de cultivo para fortalecer los grupos armados organizados por dos vías concretas la voluntad derivada de unas comodidades de ilegalidad y a la fuerza producto de un reclutamiento forzado.
