Teniendo en cuenta que la cadena de suministro debido a factores como la globalización y la expansión de las actividades a entornos internacionales como eje clave en la competitividad, se ha visto expuesta a diversas amenazas en lo que tiene que ver con vulnerabilidad de la información, hurtos y presencia de riesgos que pueden alterar negativamente la productividad y eficiencia, reconociendo así, la importancia en la cadena de suministro como una herramienta que ayuda articular los intereses de los participantes y generar mejores procesos de control y de comunicación que inciden favorablemente en la seguridad. En este sentido, el ensayo tiene por objetivo analizar cuáles son los enfoques más funcionales en la cadena de suministro para mejorar la seguridad en la logística internacional. En particular, los resultados permiten reconocer un enfoque colaborativo horizontal, en el cual no existen jerarquías dentro de la cadena y se comparten experiencias y conocimientos de forma continua en un entorno de confianza, por lo tanto, es clave para mejorar la gestión de la seguridad en la logística. Finalmente, se observa que la inclusión de tecnologías conectadas a internet es sumamente importante para mejorar factores como el control, respuesta inmediata a los cambios y atención en tiempo real a cualquier situación o riesgo que amenace la seguridad. |
