En este artículo se darán a conocer los resultados de la implementación de un plan de auditoria en el que se investigaron los diferentes procesos del área de talento humano de una Institución Universitaria. De esta forma se mostrará un bosquejo de las herramientas empleadas en el desarrollo de la Auditoría en donde se evaluaron procesos como reclutamiento, selección, contratación, capacitación, clima organizacional y política salarial, documentando los hallazgos encontrados y las recomendaciones de mejora para hacer más eficiente la gestión en éste departamento. Así mismo mediante el plan de Auditoría se pudieron establecer los procesos desempeñados por cada uno de los funcionarios que labora en ésta área los cuales no se encontraban documentados, evidenciando la necesidad de crear un manual que describiera los procedimientos, responsables y funciones con el propósito de asignar tareas para así tener mayor organización y control en el departamento. |

In this way, it will be seen an outline of the tools that were implemented in the development of this process, documenting the findings of the research and the recommendations made to make more efficient the management of that department. In the research, there were analyzed processes such as attraction, selection, hiring, training, organizational environment and wages politics. Similarly, through the Audit Planning, it could be established the processes developed by every employee in the area, which weren’t documented.
