La industria 4.0 es el inicio de la transformación de procesos que fusionan antiguas técnicas de producción con procedimientos tecnológicos inteligentes siendo útiles tanto a las personas como a las organizaciones. Es importante resaltar el hecho que dependiendo las necesidades que tenga la empresa se puede implementar el concepto 4.0, dentro de los escenarios tecnológicos que lo han integrado están la industria alimentaria, agroindustria, sanitaria, farmacéutica, automotriz, textil y manufacturera. En este trabajo se presenta como la formación en “Project Management y Liderazgo” nos da herramientas que permiten liderar, gestionar y llevar a cabo proyectos relacionados con la industria 4.0. Con el fin de conseguir el objetivo se hizo una descripción de cada uno de los módulos que conforman el diplomado, consiguiendo fortalecer las habilidades en el manejo de las tendencias digitales se necesita integrar competencias como trabajo en red, gestión de la información, aprendizaje continuo, visión estratégica y orientación al cliente, las cuales permiten que la industria 4.0 cumpla con sus objetivos propuestos. Para ser parte de la industria 4.0 se hace necesario estar en un proceso de cualificación permanente debido a que constantemente aparecen nuevas tecnologías que exigen que las personas sean líderes innovadores, propositivos capaces de resaltar las cualidades de los integrantes de su equipo de trabajo.

This paper presents how training in "Project Management and Leadership" gives us tools that allow us to lead, manage and carry out projects related to industry 4.0.
