The objective of this study is to determine, in the population with level to moderate stage PD of the Central Military Hospital (HMC), the frequency of CI using the PD-CRS scale (Parkinson's disease cognitive rating scale). Methodology: Cross-sectional in the period from February to November 2019. The PD-CRS scale was applied and a neuropsychological assessment (NPA) was carried out in the patients who accepted. Results: A sample of 49 individuals was obtained, the frequency of mild DC (DCL) was 42.85 %% and dementia was 18.37%; FSC abnormalities predominated in 59.16%. When analyzing the PD-CRS with the PD-CFRS functionality test, only 8.16% correspond to dementia; there was an association between years of schooling and the result of the PD-CRS. NPA were found in 42 patients, alterations were found in> 1 test in 66.6% with a predominance of FSC domains. Conclusion: The frequency of MCI in PD in the analyzed sample is similar to that reported in previous studies, the frequency of dementia is probably lower in relation to the early stages of PD. NPA interpret from normative data, showed an even greater impact. The limitations of the study were the small sample size and the absence of validation and PD-CRS data in our population.Especializaciónapplicaction/pdfspahttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 InternationalAcceso abiertoDeterioro cognitivo en pacientes con enfermedad de Parkinson leve a moderado del Hospital Militar Central usando la escala PD-CRSCognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson disease mild to moderate at the Central Military Hospital using the PD-CRS scaleTesis/Trabajo de grado - Monografía - Especializacióninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesishttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fPARKINSON'S DISEASECOGNITIVE DOMAINSMILD COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTDEMENTIANEUROLOGIAENFERMEDAD DE PARKINSONENFERMEDADES CEREBRALESDEGENERACION CEREBRALANORMALIDADES DEL SISTEMA NERVIOSOENFERMEDAD DE PARKINSONDOMINIOS COGNITIVOSDETERIORO COGNITIVO LEVEDEMENCIANeurologíaFacultad de MedicinaUniversidad Militar Nueva Granada1.
