Aunque en el mundo se han optado por diferentes mecanismos regulatorios para el control de las drogas, tanto prohibicionistas como unas un poco mas permisivas, es evidente que hay que hacer un balance entre el nivel de securitizacion del asunto de las drogas desde sus diferentes niveles (Produccion, Distribucion y Consumo) y los problemas adjuntos que este fenomeno trae para los consumidores activos, que pueden terminar en crisis de salud publica. |
