Para ello es necesario identificar cual es el rol y la importancia de un Director en la gestión educativa policial, partiendo del principio que la Policía Nacional de Colombia en este momento se encuentra certificando sus instituciones educativas en el sistema de gestión de calidad. Para la época que nos atañe y con miras al postconflicto es necesario el fortalecimiento y el profesionalismo de nuestros hombres y mujeres policías, quienes serán los encargados de brindar un mejor servicio con calidez y calidad a nuestros ciudadanos. |
