El maestro de hoy debe enfrentar diferentes desafíos en los procesos de enseñanza que la sociedad cambiante le exige y debe adaptar las nuevas tecnologías educativas a la práctica profesional. Las transformaciones sociales llegan a las aulas de las universidades, exigiendo a los maestros dar un valor agregado a su labor, para que el ejercicio docente, se convierta en parte de la solución a los problemas que presenta el ámbito educativo. La formación del docente plantea la necesidad de ser coherente en su rol frente a la práctica educativa. El presente ensayo busca argumentar la importancia de la coherencia pedagógica en el docente y establecer los elementos necesarios para que el maestro universitario de hoy cultive la coherencia entre su ser y hacer, en las acciones dentro y fuera del aula. |
