En el Hospital Militar Central, el servicio de Cirugía Vascular y Angiología ha forjado experiencia referente a la Angiogénesis Terapéutica (con células madre autólogas) para los citados sujetos. Objetivo: Describir la respuesta clínica obtenida a seis años de la aplicación del tratamiento con Angiogénesis Terapéutica (con células madre autólogas) en una serie de pacientes con Enfermedad Arterial Oclusiva crónica de miembros inferiores sin posibilidad de revascularización. Materiales y Metodos: Estudio Observacional Descriptivo tipo Serie de Casos en el Servicio de Cirugía Vascular y Angiología del Hospital Militar Central. Se incluyeron al seguimiento una serie de pacientes con isquemia crítica no revascularizable intervenidos mediante Angiogénesis Terapéutica (con células madre autólogas) en el año 2007. Utilizaremos estadística descriptiva para detallar las características poblacionales demográficas y clínicas de interés, antes y después de 6 años (Indice Tobillo Brazo, Puntaje de Dolor basada en Escala Visual Analoga, Diferenciación clínica según Fontaine, Amputación y Mortalidad). |
