Utilizando la metodología de investigación histórica y cualitativa en la línea jurisprudencial del Consejo de Estado desde los años 2000 al 2013, con el fin de establecer el criterio para hablar de culpa compartida, disminuyendo de esta manera los perjuicios solicitados por la parte demandante. |
