La idea fundamental consiste en combinar la experiencia práctica existente en la institución de referencia, y los conocimientos teóricos adquiridos en la especialización, de tal manera que se establezca un panorama que permita el proponer procesos de intervención positiva para el mejoramiento de la temática respecto a la inclusión de la policía judicial a la conformación del cuerpo técnico en la justicia penal militar dentro del contexto de la protección de los Derechos Humanos.The present work aims to advance a study research envelope the perspective of the judicial police in relation to the military criminal justice, and at the same time serve as a degree work to choose the corresponding title to criminal procedural law - constitutional and criminal military specialist.
