Este trabajo está dirigido a identificar si existe una instancia legal que vigile, regule y sancione a las oficinas de control interno, y su labor de evaluar la efectividad y eficiencia de las operaciones de la entidad. Para lo cual se utilizaron los criterios de una investigación descriptiva y documental, aplicando una metodología de carácter deductivo, en el que se tomó como guía el marco normativo aplicado al Control Interno y en especial a las Oficinas de Control Interno. La investigación dio como resultado la identificación de los órganos que el Estado Colombiano ha establecido para supervisar, controlar y garantizar el control fiscal. De igual forma este estudio da la posibilidad de generar una nueva investigación, para evaluar la eficiencia de los controles que generan estos entes ante la responsabilidad social que ejercen las Oficinas de Control Interno de Orden Nacional. |

For which the criteria of descriptive and documentary research were used, applying a deductive methodology, which was taken as guide the regulatory framework applied to the Internal Control and especially to the Offices of Internal Control. The investigation resulted in the identification of the bodies that the Colombian State has established to monitor, control and ensure fiscal control.
