description El ministerio de trabajo y Fasecolda son fuentes confiables para desarrollar ese tipo de análisis, porque en primera instancia las ARL reportan a estas entidades las principales cifras del Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales, dichas cifras que presentan estas entidades Fasecolda y Ministerio de Trabajo deberían tener similitud pues llevan un registro anual de cobertura de empresas y trabajadores afiliados, accidentalidad laboral, incapacidades, invalidez y mortalidad, pero lo que reflejan estas estadísticas son grandes diferencias. Es importante que a la hora de crear las políticas de salud públicas se deben construir basadas en resultados como son los datos estadísticos y estos a su vez deben ser factibles, se debe tener un control de la información, y verificar el cumplimiento de la normatividad laboral por parte de las organizaciones. Estableciendo estándares de cumplimento las empresas públicas y privadas garantizaran la inversión en prevención, reduciendo las cifras de accidentalidad, enfermedad laboral, mortalidad entre otras.
