La influencia de estos cambios se ha extendido hasta el campo empresarial, que ahora cuentan con múltiples herramientas tecnológicas para mejorar su comunicación y relación con sus clientes. Los evidentes beneficios en la implementación del trabajo móvil no deben opacar los inconvenientes que la iniciativa podría generar en los trabajadores y es necesario contar con estrategias preventivas para proteger la integridad de los empleados, regulando la carga laboral y logrando el equilibrio en una relación de mutuo beneficio que debe existir entre las organizaciones y su talento humano, contando con la dirección, el apoyo y el control propio de las entidades gubernamentales fomentando el progreso nacional y el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos.
