En los últimos años entre 2012 y 2020 se ha visto la necesidad por parte del gobierno en destinar aproximadamente $64 billones en el sector de infraestructura, con el fin de eliminar los impactos socio-económicos que genera la deficiente comunicación entre los municipios con respecto al atraso en el desarrollo social y de inversión; “La inversión en el sector transporte constituye para el país uno de los pilares fundamentales para el desarrollo” (Caquetá, 2017). Es por esto que la necesidad de darle importancia a la gestión de la comunicación en el desarrollo de un proyecto de construcción, es el resultado de un espacio o entorno colaborativo entre las partes interesadas (Stakeholders), por consiguiente, produce un mayor rendimiento y éxito dentro del proyecto. Es importante dentro un proyecto vial que comunica dos municipios, reconocer y definir las necesidades y objetivos de los Stakeholders, en la construcción de este tipo de infraestructuras; se deduce que el éxito del proyecto de construcción es el objetivo principal de las partes interesadas primarias y secundarias a lo largo del proyecto (Safapour, Kermanshachi, Kamalirad, & Tran, 2019); es así como este ensayo pretende recalcar la necesidad de identificar todas las partes interesadas dentro del proyecto, con el fin de establecer un buen plan de gestión de comunicación en construcciones de carreteras que unen municipios. |
