Ante una la inminente firma de la paz y un escenario de posconflicto se hace significativo la evaluación de la Logística Militar Colombiana, con todos los posibles cursos de acción ante un recorte presupuestal y una estructura social que ante el proceso debe ser cambiante, el siguiente ensayo tiene como fin presentar una posible solución ante los cambios financieros y presupuestales que se presentaran, exhibiendo una alternativa como lo es la creación de una Zona Franca en alguna de las instalaciones militares donde el ejército pueda vender sus servicios, fabricar bienes y exportarlos disminuyendo costos e impuestos y creando precios competitivos a nivel mundial y poder cumplir con la misión constitucional. |
