La coyuntura actual sobre la pertinencia o no de la reforma a la Educación Superior que surge como respuesta a la crisis que atraviesa el sector debido a los altos costos que representa para la nación el sostenimiento del modelo actual, esto sumado a las necesidades del país en materia de formación para los ciudadanos y la desconcentración de la oferta para llegar a las regiones más apartadas del país para cumplir con el principio de igualdad en el acceso a la formación superior, la situación actual del sector muestra un rezago estructural sobre los recursos que deberían recibir las instituciones de Educación Superior teniendo en cuenta los requerimientos crecientes al aplicar las políticas de Estado, en este sentido están los referentes internacionales de cómo se maneja la Educación Superior en países similares al nuestro y las capítulos de financiación propuesto desde las reformas a la ley 30 del 92. |
