Se desarrolla el método general de la prospectiva gerencial, de manera estructurada teniendo en cuenta los siguientes procesos: análisis explicativos, escenarios tendenciales, construcción de futuros alternativos, concertación de estrategias de acción y de manera estructurada se ubica dentro de una experiencia empresarial de planeación estratégica y se concluye que una acertada planeación estratégica debe concatenar necesariamente este proceso.
