description La presente Investigación explica de manera abreviada que es Trenchless Technologies y cuál es el método de Pipe Bursting. En el documento se presentan los aspectos más relevantes para realizar un plan de gestión de riesgos sobre el recurso humano inherentes a la realización de obras de reparación, cambio y mantenimiento de tuberías con la tecnología y método anteriormente mencionados, además los aspectos más importantes de la planeación y la importancia de identificar los riesgos, ya que en cualquier momento puede materializarse alguno de estos riesgos o peligros definidos. De igual manera la aplicación de los controles necesarios al proyecto con lo cual será posible detectar los amenazas e iniciar medidas para detenerlas y mejorarlas
