description Dentro del proceso de modernización de la infraestructura vial en Colombia, a partir de la figura de las Asociaciones Publico Privadas y la creación de la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura se han venido desarrollando una serie de proyectos viales llamados de Cuarta y Quinta Generación, con el fin de adquirir las áreas requeridas para cada uno de los proyectos, la ANI ha generado dentro de los contratos herramientas de seguimiento y control que aseguran de manera eficaz y eficiente la ejecución del proyecto; Una de estas herramientas es la Tira Topográfica en donde adicionalmente se solicita la entrega de una Geodatabase, sin embargo, no existe un estándar para la creación de este entregable, haciendo que exista un volumen de información voluminoso y sumamente desorganizado. Este articulo relaciona los aspectos tenidos en cuenta en la realización de un modelo de Datos Geográfico para el seguimiento y control de la gestión predial que permitirá brindar parámetros para este tipo de proyectos, de tal manera que toda la información relacionada con el proceso de adquisición predial tenga una estructura homogénea, con componentes, capas, tablas y dominios que, integrados entre sí, condensaran de manera organizada toda la información relevante dentro del proceso de adquisición predial.

Este articulo relaciona los aspectos tenidos en cuenta en la realización de un modelo de Datos Geográfico para el seguimiento y control de la gestión predial que permitirá brindar parámetros para este tipo de proyectos, de tal manera que toda la información relacionada con el proceso de adquisición predial tenga una estructura homogénea, con componentes, capas, tablas y dominios que, integrados entre sí, condensaran de manera organizada toda la información relevante dentro del proceso de adquisición predial.Within the modernization process of the road infrastructure in Colombia, based on the figure of the Public-Private Associations and the creation of the National Infrastructure Agency, a series of road projects called Fourth and Fifth Generation have been developed, with the aim of of acquiring the areas required for each of the projects, the ANI has generated monitoring and control tools within the contracts that ensure the effective and efficient execution of the project; One of these tools is the Topographic Strip where the delivery of a Geodatabase is also requested, however, there is no standard for the creation of this deliverable, causing a voluminous and highly disorganized volume of information to exist.
