description El sistema de información geográfica para dispositivos móviles como herramienta de difusión de alertas de amenazas y riesgos naturales para el municipio de La Vega, departamento de Cundinamarca, pretende acercar a los habitantes del municipio a la administración municipal, haciéndolos participes de la gestión del riesgo, teniendo en cuenta que éste municipio presenta una dinámica creciente en el desarrollo inmobiliario, es importante que los dueños de predios y población en general tengan a su disposición la información oportuna y pertinente de los riesgos. Aunque en este artículo no se pretende delimitar el procedimiento para identificar las amenazas y riesgos municipales, si permite que definidas estas, dentro de la gestión del riesgo, la administración municipal o el comité de administración del riesgo pueda generar alertas tempranas a los ciudadanos que utilicen la herramienta en sus dispositivos móviles. Por lo tanto, lo que se pretende al final es estructurar un sistema de información geográfica web para dispositivos móviles con su estructura técnica y tecnológica para su construcción.

Considering that this municipality present a growing dynamic in the real state urban development, it is important tha the property owners and the general population have all and pertinent information in a timely manner concernig the risk. Although in this article does not intended to define the process to identify the threats and the emergencies of risk in the municipality it does permit that knowing those risks the Municipal Administration or the Administration Commitee of the risks can generate early alerts to the citizens that utilize the tools on their mobile devices.
