Description
Summary:Law 1150 of 2007, which partially amended Law 80 of 1993, fundamentally changed the procedure for selection under the principle of efficiency and implemented by regulation forms that are part of the recodification of the hiring Colombia. The reforms include the introduction of some new forms of selection to the existing public procurement and on the other hand, the extension to certain entities of the state of the amounts of the so-called minor detriment of the state contract, which means excluding a number increasing the selection process of the bidding rule, this being the mode of selection that best interprets the principles of public law, especially the transparency in the context of the new Colombian government contracting regulations
