description La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial es una herramienta que se viene utilizando en Colombia en el sector privado y el Gobierno Nacional haciendo parte de la misión y visión de estas organizaciones. En el presente trabajo se pretende mostrar el origen de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, las normas internacionales, la evolución en Colombia, leyes que se han creado a nivel nacional, los diferentes programas que ha establecido el Estado Colombiano para mitigar el problema social que actualmente se vive y el cual ha establecido el debilitamiento del Tejido Social Colombiano. Los diferentes programas que se ejecutan presentan problemas en sus administraciones, como lo es la corrupción entre otros, para lo cual se deben revisar y mejorar para que tengan un alto grado de concientización, ayudando a disminuir el problema de inequidad social que vive el país.
