Con el presente ensayo se busca comprender la capacidad estratégica de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia FARC y sus diferentes dinámicas organizacionales en el conflicto colombiano. Frente a estas circunstancias, el análisis está centrado en profundizar la importancia del rol estratégico de las FARC en el caso colombiano, exactamente en la búsqueda de su consolidación institucional y estabilidad, lo cual significa tener una estructura orgánica coherente. A partir de lo anterior se busca entender desde la Teoría de las Organizaciones la comprensión de un actor tan dinámico, como lo es el grupo guerrillero de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC), donde sus protagonistas usan formas estratégicas para la consecución de objetivos incluyendo la doctrina, táctica y estrategia como componentes decisivos en el desarrollo del conflicto. Este trabajo es de total vigencia, ya que radica en la necesidad de poder entender todos los efectos de los diferentes comportamientos que ha desarrollado las FARC en el ámbito del conflicto colombiano. |

In the face of these circumstances, the work is focused on analyzing and deepening the importance of the FARC's strategic role in the Colombian case, precisely in the search for its institutional consolidation and stability, which means having a coherent organic structure. To illustrate the development of the work, it will be analyzed under the criteria proposed to the FARC in order to demonstrate, the relevance of an analysis from the organizational structure, the utility to think otherwise organizations like the FARC and the strategies implemented to face them. From the above, we seek an analysis from the Theory of Organizations that facilitates the understanding of such a dynamic actor, as this group is in a mode of conflict that is developed mainly at the political-military levels, in which the Protagonists use strategic forms to achieve objectives including doctrine, tactics and strategy as decisive components in the development of the conflict.
