description A raíz de algunos sucesos donde se ha utilizado la industria aérea para generar terror, utilizarla en la comisión de ilícitos relacionados con tráfico de sustancias ilegales y divisas, trata de blancas, entre otros delitos trasnacionales, se han realizado grandes cambios en la “seguridad” que han venido “congestionando” la infraestructura necesaria para la utilización de este medio de transporte, afectando sustancialmente la “facilitación” que se divulga por las autoridades y que se reclama por parte de los usuarios; en procura de cumplir con la normatividad mundial, sin afectar a los intervinientes en esta actividad, se considera importante que los recursos generados por este negocio se inviertan en una significativa proporción en espacios y adecuaciones de las instalaciones y en medios técnicos y tecnológicos actualizados que proporcionen control con el mayor respeto por los derechos fundamentales de integridad e intimidad de las personas y con el mínimo malestar de los usuarios.
