Ante la dramática situación vivida a causa de la Ola Invernal la Alcaldía de Mosquera emprende un ambicioso programa de recuperación de las zonas afectadas, de tal forma que esta crisis sea una oportunidad de desarrollo para el municipio. Por lo anterior inicia un proyecto de vivienda para garantizar mejores condiciones de hábitat para las familias en condiciones de vulnerabilidad que deben ser reasentadas, albergando a casi 130 familias que se encuentran ubicadas en zona de riesgo a orillas del rio Bogotá conglomeradas en el barrio Porvenir Rio en el Municipio de Mosquera |

In view of the dramatic situation caused by the Winter Wave, Mayor of Mosquera undertakes an ambitious program of recovery of the affected areas, so that this crisis is an opportunity for development for the municipality.
