La presente investigación examina como las PyMEs asumen una RSE, cumpliendo con el marco legal, como leyes, decretos, normas y demás sentencias que el estado colombiano ha creado para encausar a las empresas a llevar una RSE dentro de las mismas. Existen diversas formas de definir la responsabilidad social empresarial, pero en sí, lo que en definitiva buscan los diferentes conceptos que han surgido alrededor de esta RSE, es básicamente tener un compromiso social, económico y ambiental con el entorno en que se encuentra la empresa; como lo es el compromiso ético y legal que la organización genera a su alrededor por su impacto que ésta causa. Es por eso que a pesar de que algunas Pymes no tengan muy claro el concepto de RSE, lo estén cumpliendo ante el estado, por el solo hecho de cumplir las leyes, decretos, normas y demás sentencias que el gobierno ha establecido para tal fin. |

There are several ways to define corporate social responsibility, but in itself, what ultimately seek the different concepts that have emerged around this RSE, is basically having a social, economic and environmental commitment to the environment in which the company is; as is the ethical and legal commitment that the organization generates around it because of its impact.
